I got to experience a profound improvement in neuronal symptoms, that translated into a better mood, more energy, and just an overall willingness to experience life. I truly believe these were some of the keys to improving my health from 80% to over 100%. I jump out of bed in the mornings, and I am brimming with energy. My meditations have improved and my vagal nerve system has skyrocketed. I'm still continuing this and working on perfecting my HRV which is slowly improving. Remember this isn't a race, it's a long journey and you have to celebrate the little wins. Nonetheless, it doesn't mean you can't try to be as efficient as possible, as long as you don't become too neurotic about it and make sure to enjoy the journey. Journey before Destination!
